You are going to find that this is a type of male tenant you'll see again and again, the young eager-beaver blue-flamer home-improvement enthusiast.

I realized that many of my most successful clients have a large component of real estate in their plans.As an aviation enthusiast, I am completing my private pilot certificate. 

I asked "Have you had any update on the liens against this property" and the title clerk replies "We have been checking online everyday and there have been no updates" to which I shouted back enthusiastically "They do have it!

I currently am fresh out of college with an 8-5 IT job but feel way more enthusiastic about the real estate industry at the moment and would love to start making some investments.

I do not think he is a successful person, but I do believe he is a hardworking and enthusiastic person who has accomplished many more things than the average person of my age that I know here in NYC I would really like to help him.
