Can I get a job with a seasoned RE investor to learn the ropes?

Just a general discussion. How many real estate investors/professionals out there actually want or need help from a new investor in order to help them succeed as well as themselves?

What can I offer to someone if I’m looking to dip my toes in the water as well?

I have a full time job but I’m trying to take steps in the right direction as I wait for my first deal.

Anyone have an experience such as this where they learned underneath someone?

Looking for some input!
