I work to maximize my odds for reaching my target audience but at the end of the day I still use a shot gun approach, and embrace it as such.

Cultural area of Japan, tons of UNESCO World heritage listed sites, high barrier entry (less competition), shortage of hotels, lower penetration of China and international buyers.

So many people are afraid to embrace it or at least attempt it.
