it makes sense to run one website and concentrate the SEO and traffic to there. saying that that LR domain is good so keep it!    

My question is complicated but ill try to keep this simple.From what I've read, it makes sense to name your llc in tandem with your domain name.

Right around mid May I started having issues with more than one hotmail email account and more than one newsletter type auto mailers.I added the email addresses they come from to my contact list and I searched my junk mail, also added all of the domains and emails to my safe senders list. 

If you use a local address that is verified and name your company " sell ( ) home fast" or " I buy Homes ( city ) you will have a great chance of people finding you for your city.As far as website goes, buy a old domain with lots of links to it.

Here's a few: dress appropriately, have good hygiene, if you have biz cards make them look professional, buy a domain name for your email address, create a website, make sure your online profiles are up to date and professional, have a professional voicemail message, return phone calls and emails, don't give someone a dead fish handshake (own it), listen, take care when writing emails, and the list goes on.

Any who, I did take out the domain PorschesandCorvettes as a possible name. 

I have had appraisals done for eminent domain, condemnation and those appraisers are high cost but very through in what is needed for court proceedings.
