Right around mid May I started having issues with more than one hotmail email account and more than one newsletter type auto mailers.I added the email addresses they come from to my contact list and I searched my junk mail, also added all of the domains and emails to my safe senders list.

If you use a local address that is verified and name your company " sell ( ) home fast" or " I buy Homes ( city ) you will have a great chance of people finding you for your city.As far as website goes, buy a old domain with lots of links to it.

Here's a few: dress appropriately, have good hygiene, if you have biz cards make them look professional, buy a domain name for your email address, create a website, make sure your online profiles are up to date and professional, have a professional voicemail message, return phone calls and emails, don't give someone a dead fish handshake (own it), listen, take care when writing emails, and the list goes on.
