A specific community I have researched, Edens Edge, seems like a nice destination to me, but looking at mixed reviews I am unsure.

If you mean sitting around the house watching daytime television and not working, that is a really boring destination.

Also, I'm not up to date with Airbnb laws in Las Vegas, but with it being a tourist destination year round and with you being a local, it might be worth it entertain that route.Let me know if I can help out in any other way!

Well 30 years later that article was right on.. not sure if it knew Mircrosoft and Amazon were coming and or that Oregon would be destination number one for folks wanting out of CA..
