I found a trick: we often have wet/damp basements here in this area and use a few different basement waterproofing companies.

I added a clothes drier circuit as well but I don't remember how much it was.

That area in a condo on the top floor smells as damp as a basement.

Almost all furniture, clothes, food, dishes were left behind.
