simple answer link up with a real estate agent and have them do all the work for u. long answer build a website pay for all the sites u would like to be on such as zillow, trulia, aol, yahoo ect. go to you county auditors website and look up who buys houses for cash, get there address and mail them a packet on ur house. you can also drive around town and see who else is flipping houses and give them a packet also. just depends how much time and effort u want to put in man.

I won’t say an over-zealous auditor wouldn’t ever draw extreme examples to penalize your plan, but at some point the parallels become absurd and strain credulity (e.g. you’re also increasing US GDP, and personally gain from that at some level as well).
