Finally doing my first flip in Pittsburgh
Hello All,
Quick shout it to Brandon and Josh, you two keep me entertained for hours a day with your podcasts. Auditing can't get any more fun.
I am a 24 yr old living just south of Pittsburgh and I just got to buy my first flip that's is also acting as my current residence. I work full time as a corporate auditor at a large bank and have been doing all the rehab work myself. I am a design/architecture freak, which is what I went to school for so don't ask why I am an auditor. Haha.
My goals are to get this house done and sold just after 13 months to fall into the lower capitals gains bracket. I want to get the point where flipping is my job, renovating and building are what I love doing.
I'll make a thread outlining my flip so far.
