so it is a way for the deed to start over.Wayne when a bidder on Auction.com does not meet the min. bid price, auction.com still presents that to the bank. the 1500 sq. ft home i just bought on there that org. sold new for 200k i was high bidder at 42.5k and the bank accepted that bid, no negotiating at all.some of you people should be ashamed for trash talking here this is about investing and issues with investing. so if you don't like auction.com or me due to the fact that is how i purchased several homes now, well i'm sorry but that is no reason to trash talk!

As far as insurance covering damage from growing (fire, flood, whatever), since the possession and cultivation is still a federal crime I suspect the Good Hands of Allstate would do nothing but pat you on the back consolingly and tell you "gee, what a shame... seeya!"

Its a shame because its a great life style. 

It would be a shame to remove it only to discover that was a desired feature.
