my experience with with pools is:if this basically lower end properties were their are few pools  B/C the cost to build one today would be half the price of the home it almost had negative value Not sure what an appraiser would do in those instances since it would be an anomaly basically..

The Foreclosure Radar reporting on the 3 Citi lines I believe is an anomaly after looking at this again.

It's an anomaly which will take time to adjust too.

San Bernadino is an anomaly to me, they appear to have their owner information available for free online. 

But, Tahoe is tricky, the past few winters have thrown a lot of abnormalities in the rental rates and with VR permitting laws/regulations surfacing all over the lake causing additional anomalies in the market.
