Yeah, you could call and get a customer service rep and explain what you want and all but you're just gonna get the run around and will waste your time trying to get to the decision maker.

For our market Christmas and New Years are huge money makers, so it would really pain me to close the first week of January.

As it is, any insulation between joists won't help that their footsteps (and whatever else you hear) sends vibration through joists to your ceiling.
