OnlineJobs.ph is one of the best VA portals out there, since their pricing, expertise and English skills are on average the best compared to so many other foreign workers on UpWork, Fiverr etc.. 

Usually that triggers the property to show as new/changed in the MLS portal.

They have also not updated anything on the owner's portal of their website.

So you could bill tenants at $6.24 per unit.The other crummy way the County bills for water:  there is no online portal for bill retrieval and if you lose a bill you must contact the city to request a water billing history. 

My tenants will all be senior citizens, so I don't think I can rely 100% on an online portal.

I know most average investors will say diversify in all sorts of things however I want to start out in educating my self on one investment portal such as real estate.
