Property management company
Hello bigger pocket members. I wanted to post a question regarding Great Jones property management. I am doing my homework to see if should start one of my rentals with this property management. I haven’t heard of this property management and I have not been able to find many reviews online. Has anyone work with this property management. Can you please share any experiences that you have had with this company. I am located in Orlando, FL but I know they operate in other cities/states. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Great feedback Chris, I am hoping they they get their stuff together. To a degree I think you are always going to experience that. You always have make sure that property management is doing what they are supposed to be doing, it’s your best interest. I have to say that to a small degree I have baby sit my property management company. Thanks again for the feedback and good luck to you in your Real Estate venture.
