The Jan 22 notice gave you a heads up that they were going to leave so although the date was wrong they gave you an opportunity to start looking for a replacement tenant.15 days from the Feb 21 notice would take you to Mar 8.

LoL, you could tell me this was built on mars and it would have the same relative affect on me.

First of all I would like to start this post with a thanks to BP & its community for its amazing information/education on REI.We are six friends [from different states - NY(Albany), DE(Wilmington), VA(NoVA) & GA(Atlanta)] who would like to get into real estate investing by buying a property under a LLC.
