When I showed up I found most of their kitchen drawers and cabinets contents still there, trashed carpets with motor oils (tracked in from working on his car in the garage), half of a 2 car garage full of trash bags, a broken window, lots of stuffed animals and art supplies, and about 150 empty 12 pack cardboard containers of Keystone Light and as many cans.

If there is something wrong with the electrical and you have to remove some breakers, then electrical will not work and the property will be condemned, if a fuse for the furnace blower motor blows and you can not afford to fix it, the property will be condemned.

what are my rights to my properties when a new owner takes over the property I have cars and tools and motor homes i never got any notice from the court as to when I need to remove my property now the cops say I'm trespassing and I can't get it nothing has gone through the courts as far as I know all my cars are registered to me

It looks like a "ring base station" is required to make these work, not sure if there is a work around, and also wondering if you'd need your own dedicated wifi in the house to connect all this too Owning a few properties myself and as a property manager for other investors I am imagining now the calls I would be getting when this system isn't working properly, batteries die, motorized lock stops working etc, so living in new england with the elements and temperatures we experience I would not recommend this to the owners of the properties I manage I have an up down style 2 family with a common entry door that sounds very similar to your setup.
