Yea the buyer bought the property, but not in a timely fashion because of the tenants, which was a breach in the original agreement, which = no $$$, but I was able to help out a person and man did I learn a lot along the way.

@Keith Rivera as mentioned by other BPers, the section 8 program can be used in the fashion that your business plan determines.However, you still need to screen the section 8 tenants just as you would any non-section 8 tenant, to ensure that you have the best fit for your property.
