I worked every weekend for probably my first 15 years in the business. and only took vacation at thanksgiving and Christmas.. once you get momentum and on a roll the last thing you wanted to do is take a vacation in the middle of the prime selling months that 10 day vacation set you back 2 months...

Thank you I feel like a kid at Christmas.

The day I told her was the day my family got together for Christmas, she posted it on Craig's list and asked if I would be available to show it.

Matter of fact when he had me come to his Christmas party at his home ( 2 million ocean front digs) I asked him you know your much more polished than most brokers who work for r me and he then explained his past job.Even today most agents did something else in their career's  rare is the person like me who started at 18 and never have done anything else.I work with no less than 20 brokers in 12 states..
