Looking for Investor Friendly Realtors in Tampa Bay

Hello all!

I'm looking for realtors in Tampa Bay area that have experienced in real estate investments.   Specifically, I am looking for Realtors that have been involved in wholesales - assignments of contract and double (same day) closings, as well as purchase, flip and fix investments

Any suggestions?
