Tenant is dishonest.

To us everything felt extremely dishonest and sneaky when we tried to communicate clearly the entire time until they went silent and changed the approach.

I have no patience for incompetent and dishonest loan agents and processes where they keep asking for you to submit the same documents repeatedly, and the fees are different than quoted, and then you get bounced from one agent to another, or they are not responsive to communications.

@Kyle Bear Memphis is a great market but that being said we’ve found that there are some very dishonest organizations in Memphis!
