I was speaking on my basic understanding of Illinois law but it appears even that data is now incorrect as of August as the exchange of contracts between parties has been added to the list of licence requiring practices.

Hello BP community, long time listener of the podcast(s) and ready of the forums , just recently made an account and recently purchased my first home in the Augusta area with my partner, we are currently rehabbing/modernizing it to bring in some additional equity value.

Anyways, I am from Augusta, Maine and looking to network with local investors and looking for opportunity to enter the small community of real estate investors.

I loved the tenant at the time (she rented for 6 years with me up until this August) as she was hardly home and the place looked just like it did in 2012 when I started renting it.
