Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Augusta.

Purchase price: $20,000
Cash invested: $25,000

Still rehabbing it. Will be on the market soon!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted to create cash flow for myself and the opportunity was there.

How did you finance this deal?

Private money for the purchase price and credit cards for the rehab.

How did you add value to the deal?

Upgrading everything I could to get market rent.

What was the outcome?

Still in progress.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I ran into some wood rot which caused the budget to increase.
