Hey I am one of the many new guys on BiggerPockets. First thanks for the Podcast sometimes it’s like drinking out of a firehose with the information provided.

Anyways, I am from Augusta, Maine and looking to network with local investors and looking for opportunity to enter the small community of real estate investors.

I own a Handyman Service company here in Augusta and have the knowledge and ability to work hard to create more income.

Let me know if your local in Maine and I will buy you coffee or lunch.

I’m look forward to the knowledge and applying it to action.

@Kyle Black since you know how to fix things, pick a niche where what you already know will make you a lot more money than just getting paid for your labor. For example buying auction houses and flipping them. You should be able to make several hundred dollars per hour, learn some tricks along the way and then start hiring parts out to scale your operation.

Talking about the fire hose idea, usually real estate comes down to 2 things, either residual money or quick chunks of cash. Decide what you want first and just focus on information pertinent to that and take action. Otherwise you can waste a lot of time learning even when the information is good. Nothing is really valuable if it doesn’t help you take action.
