I am now at a point where I NEED to make real estate investing work because I no longer want to work for someone else. 

My life is SOOO much easier now at the end of the year/preparing taxes.It's not my intent to disparage the makers of Rentredi, but just trying to save people from wasting their time on software that is not up to th task when there are plenty of others available.

I think there is something to be said for taking a stance that says, "I won't touch just any property, project, deal, or investor that comes across my path - even if it is a money maker." 

You may want to come to the monthly Triangle Deal Makers (MeetUp.com) as well.

It's not a big money maker, but it will wash it's face.

You are just like my Vietnamese neighbor who has the cabinet makers shop across from my four commercial lots.

@ Mary Its Doable the cabinets look fine if they are not burned which it looks like the end by the wall or might be an easy Clean your Looking at about $25k to $30k to make Rent ready its seems I would get another Contractor just to be Safe.

Real estate is not the automatic money-maker some people seem to assume.
