Though again, if it were challenged the ORT which is highly biased towards tenants would likely say that was unreasonable and let them out of their legal obligation early no matter what the reason was that they broke the agreement.

You will realize what they are doing vs. what everyone seems to be doing on BP are two very different plays.PS: My prediction for next year is interest rates will be in the range from 0-100%, home prices will fluctuate somewhere between 0-99% in each direction   I think it really depends on why/how you make predictions, if your just making them so you can look good in year, or making them in attempt to sell something or just like yelling online, yes they are totally useless, I however love making predictions because I genuinely try to put thought into them and it trains me over time on how to think, why I think certain things, what my biases may be, what type of investments I should look for etc. done correctly predictions are a powerful tool.
