With out that info it is a little hard to make any recommendations.I completed my first 1031 exchange in 2018 so I know the time crunch!  

I just found out some of the restrictions the city has on the number of units per acre and the requirement of parking spaces per unit and I need to crunch some numbers on what our build budget should be based on how much we can realistically make from the project. 

I have looked all over and crunched the numbers and wanted to see what the overall consensus is on a FHA to Conventional loan to get PMI removed.

I live with my wife in Hoboken NJ (we were married about 1 month ago) and when I'm not crunching numbers as an auditor, I like to cook, play grand strategy computer games (#nerd), and am currently starting to do standup comedy.  

Then the real numbers crunching begins. 

@Jared Bendetta, I agree with @Aaron Montague regarding this one being an excellent fact finding and number crunching exercise.

I've done that several times in a crunch for very simple plans.

No need for a drive by I am pretty close to that area, I just wanted to crunch a few numbers before I scheduled any showings of the place.

Keep crunching numbers on properties until you find something that works for you.

You can go the hard money route, but be sure you've really crunched the numbers because it's a ticking clock once you are funded.
