Hi all -

We recently sold our investment property, 1 single family home, and in the process of looking for 2-3 more single family homes in Charlotte and surrounding areas for 1031 exchange.

We’ve been actively searching but are getting close to our date to identify property. Any advice on the best places neighborhoods?
