It's called negotiation.You paid to make your phone ring.

But mine aren't in a bad neighborhood, so I not only put "for rent" signs on the vacant ones - I put "for rent" signs on my nearby OCCUPIED houses (after telling the tenant there that I'm not trying to get rid of them, just trying to get the phone ringing more for the vacancy around the corner or down the block).

I have taken 5 classes with Champions School of Real Estate.

Also, if you aren't afraid to put out bandit signs...those will get your phone ringing as well.

You should setup a marketing plan for how plan to acquire leads and get your phone ringing off the hook.

AND, "butter" the bottom of toilet where it will contact wax ring.
