Innago has a better user interface in my opinion, but they have a pretty in depth process to get initially set up and they are still growing their abilities so don't have bi-weekly rent payments as an option yet.

Listsource.com shows lead count immedixately too, but I find listsources interface teadious with all those drop downs.

Or, don’t view Zillow but use the mls website, and you do t have to bother a Realtor if you don’t want to use one.Zillow and other secondary marketing sites are tough to beat, on their marketing (and maybe their interface).
