I half way have browsed real estate in Baltimore.  

My name is Dan White and I am a lifelong resident of the Northern Virginia area.I has been listening to podcasts and browsing the forum for a while now.

After reading the article I browsed the BP site and was pleased with everything about it. 

I started doing some research on mountain properties recently as well, but based on just some quick browsing on what's available on Air BnB and VRBO, that seems way higher than I ever would have thought possible, so I'd love to hear more about that.

Innago has a better user interface in my opinion, but they have a pretty in depth process to get initially set up and they are still growing their abilities so don't have bi-weekly rent payments as an option yet.

Listsource.com shows lead count immedixately too, but I find listsources interface teadious with all those drop downs. 

I've been browsing Roofstock lately and I don't see a lot of "good" returns there within the 3-stars and above neighborhoods.

I have been researching, participating in webinars, reading books/blogs/forums, listening to podcasts, browsing the MLS, etc... attempting to do my due diligence.

Click "Browse Forums v" to get the drop-down menu, then click the first entry, "Local Real Estate Forums". 

Or, don’t view Zillow but use the mls website, and you do t have to bother a Realtor if you don’t want to use one.Zillow and other secondary marketing sites are tough to beat, on their marketing (and maybe their interface).
