Hello BP!

My name is Dan White and I am a lifelong resident of the Northern Virginia area.

I has been listening to podcasts and browsing the forum for a while now. Recently decided to join as a PRO member to give back to the site for the endless knowledge that is here at my disposal.

My story: I have been involved in remodeling and construction for the last 15 years. I project managed 26 custom homes in Dumfries, VA during 2000 to 2003. I was a VP of Production and Sales for a high end remodeler in Vienna, VA from 2003 to 2007. Then the economy took a turn and that business closed up shop. Since then, I founded and own a Gutter Guard company that serves all of Virginia and Maryland. I took on a partner during 2012 who has had experience in Real Estate investing and we have decided to give it a go at the Wholesaling and Rehabbing side in 2015.

A few weeks ago I attended my first REI meeting and it was great. Met a lot of great potential partners and picked their brains on possible avenues to go down.

Our current status is planning out our marketing strategy. With our Gutter Guard business, we market very heavily based on our best ROI. So, we are analyzing our best routes for potential conversions such as direct mailings, bandit signs, and SEO.

Lastly, I would like to give some thanks to some of the podcast guests that I found to be great.

Anson Young : Show 34 & 96

Travis Daggett : Show 38

Phillip Vincent : Show 71

Dave Van Horn: Show 28

I got so much from these podcasts...I can't thank them and BP enough.

So, thanks again to everyone. I look forward to many years of successful partnerships and friends through BP.

Dan White
