If you are with a brokerage that is not affiliated with NAR or REALTORS then you are looking at real estate commission laws for your state and not NAR.The REC generally will have a section on ADVERTISING rules and regulations.

I know there are plenty of pages directly affiliated with certain cities so that's what instantly came to mind.

One thing that drives me nuts about these "gurus" is how they all shill to their lists for one another's programs, trying to milk folks for every conceivable cent on affiliate marketing commissions.
