What do you think of the HML competition in smaller metros like Colorado Springs, Kansas City, Memphis, Nashville, Birmingham, Jacksonville (FL) and Fort Worth?

Instead I will be looking at lower cost areas in places like Tallahasse, Jacksonville, Ft Laudedale, Daytona, or St Petersburg.
