Is there specific reason you are looking for one in the area or would you be open to working remotely. If you are open to working remotely then there are 20+ professionals on the site who would be able to help me. @Basit Siddiqi  even invests in the Jacksonville area himself, or so I believe. 

if you have a specific question you are always welcome to post it here and see who has the best advice on or search the forum for who is answering similar questions
