Living with shared spaces having people who seem to get along should help mitigate drama and potential collateral damage caused from drama

As someone who has lived in college towns in the Southeast, it recently crossed my mind whether it would be "worth the hassle" of dealing with students and the perceived drama.

This is my 1st deal and it's a relative so I'm trying to AVOID any confusion or drama as much as possible.

If my previous comment came off as harsh, no offense was intended, but just a fun jab. downsides of written mediums, you can't hear me chuckle when I'm typing. 

It seems from your other post the inspection period isn’t over Tuesday.....so why the drama?

Not having to work in the Ghetto and work with those with all sorts of personal Drama all the time.. she just handed me her escrow flow sheet today.. and she has 2.5 million closing in the next 45 days... :)   I only say this to encourage you to think long term and the long game..

It's great for people who don't make a ton of money and who don't need to maintain an apartment, or who don't want to live alone, but don't want the drama of dealing with a family.

is a little harsh for someone who is asking us to evaluate a deal.
