Enter properties to do maintenance inspections twice a year.Walk the grounds at our 8-plex once a week and clean the coin-op laundry room there once a month and water plantings as needed.Field tenant calls when we are away.Schedule contractors for tenant needs and, as our representative, be present when contractors are working in a tenant's unit.Field prospective renter calls when we are advertising a vacancy.Assist with apartment turnover (clean out, painting, errands, showing, etc.).Give another perspective on planning upgrades or remodels of our properties.Do errands and help with paperwork as needed.

Hi all,I just acquired a 4 unit property that came with a coin laundry setup and a 5 year contract that started in 2016.

If you have a listing that is a great deal then spending a little coin could come back 100 fold or more.
