Post a Free Rental Listing For 40 Unit Apartment Complex?

Hey,

I am looking to increase online advertising presence for a 40 unit apartment building that I am now managing.

Currently, I post for free using Craigslist and Postlets (Postlets distributes ads to Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, and more).

Are there any websites, that cater specifically to apartment seekers, that I can use for free? The aforementioned websites tend to attract people looking for single family and smaller multi family rentals.

Thanks for any and all advice,

Jonathan

Here at the real estate marketplace is great but it is not free. If you have a listing that is a great deal then spending a little coin could come back 100 fold or more. If it is overpriced it will not matter what you put it on.
