I am new to this site (and investing) and would love to meet up. Just sold my tech company and looking to get into multi family in los angeles. I live in venice and am in escrow on a 4 plex 50 feet from beach.Would love to meet up with folks that have experience in this in LA. Will buy lunch/coffee ;). also any meetups would be cool also.
