It is not very straight forward in the app but you can get to the Events forum by doing the following:Forums -> Browse -> Real Estate Marketplace -> Real Estate Events and HappeningsUnfortunately, since the original post was made a week or more ago, you might have to scroll for a while.

But there's nothing wrong with paying a broker, who might be a true intermediary, a point or two to setup your loan and interface with the lender.

you obviously have some siding & J channel missing.the latter is cheap as is plastic brick molding to replace the wood rotI would then use the plastic molding product 3-4 inches to frame them & secure the siding for now.here is a pic of a window my guy re-framed with plastic brick molding (bottom piece is not yet installed) & a sliding door with plastic wood (3/4 x 3inch) look planks ready to go to better interface with the siding fit.

Its not the most intuitive user interface, so you have to play with it a bit to get it to do what you want it to do.
