Typically you would do an acquisition and development loan then roll the A&D plus interest accumulated into to a perm loan when the house is built.

After you are established and have accumulated some wealth get a good attorney to work some of these things out.The multiple trusts, and layers of LLCs along with multiple mortgages are sort of a GURU sell point at the moment.

I've been in Charlotte for 10+ years now but i was raised in Washington DC area where i also worked for a bit after college.I currently have two rental properties but my goal is to accumulate more assets: Mobile Home Park, du/tri/quad plexes, Small multi-family apartments, etc.As much as I like accumulating assets I also like trading and doing deals so I'm also interested in acquiring land and doing development.Look forward to learning more from fellow investors.Thanks
