New BP Member from Charlotte, NC

Hello everyone,

I'm 35 years old and married with one child. I attended Virginia Tech where i majored in Finance and Businesss Information Technology. I've been in Charlotte for 10+ years now but i was raised in Washington DC area where i also worked for a bit after college.

I currently have two rental properties but my goal is to accumulate more assets: Mobile Home Park, du/tri/quad plexes, Small multi-family apartments, etc.

As much as I like accumulating assets I also like trading and doing deals so I'm also interested in acquiring land and doing development.

I live out of state, but invest in Charlotte.  I'm interested: you listed an interest in plexes - but I haven't found many listed.  Are they uncommon in Charlotte, or am I just not looking in the right places?
