You can add on top of it an offshore trust too.However, for real estate, as it is immobile, the offshore is probably useless as your asset will be seized localy despite your claim that it is held offshore.

Google has an add-on for spreadsheets that will drop pins on a map.

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

In some situations where a PM has a menu optional services and add on fee's it may be possible to find some less than perfect dealings.
