Looked interesting from an initial trial post and their followup with me.  

When asked how many of the residents of Rehab clinics were in for pot, she was stumped.

I know there are databases like REIPro (we have a free trial) my house deals.com, etc.

That means you only are eligible after waiting out the trial period and they get to charge you the monthly fee.

THe guy has a squatter and can't get the woman removed without paying $$$ for a lawyer because legal aid can now represent her for a jury trial - not to say landlord is wrong but to extort large sums of money to make her move and pay legal bills.

Last year I defended a suit at trial where the plaintiff unsuccessfully attempted to piece my client's corporate veil under Ohio law.

I didnt read the whole thread, but once you start getting ALOT of leads google docs becomes cumbersome in my opinion.I keep signing up for salesforce trials under various email accounts.

Remember it is not just the price but also what you get; has the unit been remodeled in the past 10 (or more) years, is the property being maintained, etc.Also, depends on what kind of tenant you want to attract; the CW Students, Cleveland Clinic Staff, Voucher.

After a ton of trial and error we figured out that sending an actual purchase agreement with a cover letter explaining how you want the deal to go, is the best method.  

A thick skin is def something that is needed to pick out bad aples, and trial and error will do just that.
