Online marketing tactics - what is the best choice?

What are the most used or effective websites investors prefer to shop online and why?  I suspect there are numerous choices and would like to figure out a solid strategy for my marketing.  Thanks. George

• Craigslist - houses for sale / for rent /  real estate services 
• Facebook - create a business page, pay for likes and to "boost" posts
• Google - use adwords (pay per click)
• BP - the market place..  you have a pro account already...  
• Postlets / Zillow - post on postlets.com and it syndicates to Zillow, trulia, etc...
• Linkedin - Lots of REI groups to post links in..
