Bob, can't comprehend any market outside of California or Hawaii.Those are obviously highly speculative , high appreciation markets.The fact is in most markets, and even in cali or hawaii, you can't reliability know what the appreciation is going to be.

Some agents do have that investor mindset, but others won't comprehend or accommodate your investor way of thinking.
