Have resources at your disposal to refer them to only the best accountants, bankers, contractors, etc.

I would be willing to work under a 1099 and assist that mentor however they saw fit as long as I could accomplish my simultaneously running goals of learning the ins and out of real estate investing and I were able to receive compensation in a limited amount, as to free up my time to  be completely at whomever's disposal.

This would also be an opportunity to affect any other needed updates or make modifications to the layout.If the walls had batt insulation, dispose of it and forget about putting new batt into your new walls - IMHO is has no place in a basement.

I have recently decided to use some of my disposable income and begin putting it in real estate.

I will need to get more comfortable but i am confident in the resources at my disposal (Thanks BP!!).

As my real estate portfolio expanded and matured I eventually started shuffling more funds into retirement accounts as now I have more disposable income (which is the direct result of wealth created from the cash flow from my previous real estate investlents started years ago).

I especially don't get it from people that are well educated have a great job and disposable income.

I have had issues with disposing of old paint cans.

I feel like the salesman wrote the bid amount to include the tear-off, BUT wrote “Over existing” (roof) for the express purpose of making this change—to cover the cost of the tear off and disposal of shingles.
