I guess he thought because he can make his cars perfectly smooth that he could do the same thing with spackle and drywall, I left after hanging some sheet rock and taping my first coat, I came back to find that he tried to put a second coat on my work and I ended up having to scrape and sand all the thick clumpy spackle that he smeared on top of my nice smooth first coat.

(Free print job)In regards to the yellow letters I would begin by mailing about 500 (postage costs only)    (Three letters / household @ a 2&1/2 week intervals)Plus having someone personally tape a customized letter on front doors instead of mailing them.

I have a couple options...1-i can divide my land now into 2 and in 5 years i can divide each piece again- then having four w/o the red tape of sub dividing2-if i want to do 4 cabins now, town code is that that is considered subdividing and i would have to go through the planning board- I could do one well and septic...
