How I'm paid once I sell property
21 August 2015 | 2 replies
@Ryan Farr, if your intention is to to be paid the full sale price on closing (which is usual), the Buyer needs to come up with the full amount - either from their own cash reserves (like you did in your example), or provide the full balance from their Lender (after which, they pay their Lender back per their agreement). On the other hand, if you would PREFER to be paid back monthly, you could pre-arrange that with your Buyer.

Should I sell?

I don't want the place to to be empty while I try to sell it, but I would like to sell at the end of the year / early next year so I can get some cash to buy a bigger property.Basically, I have two questions: 1) What do you think an investor would be willing to pay for this property?
