Hi,Background: I'm a Canadian and my wife is American living in Canada since a young child.

My name is Ryan Clark and as the title states, I'm Canadian :) I work in the real estate marketing arena and do investing on the side.

The one realtor I talked to seemed to think most people sign 90 day agreements.It's going to take everything in me to not royally chew this guy out when I send him the message I am firing him.

Two companies came up 1) Andreson Advisors 2) Royal Legal Solutions. 

I'm new to BP; quite new to Real Estate Investing in the U.S. as I'm Canadian; but not-so-new to real estate investing. 

So, I want to make sure that we don't do anything royally stupid.
