So I look more at other factors: - Criminal history - especially nothing to do with drugs - Eviction history - don't want it but I have taken people with one eviction in the past - Rental history -- are they hopping from place to place every year?

Do not pick the house next to the known drug house, go over a street or two.

They say drug addicts consistently chase instant gratification. 

What a great time to start investing, wish I had not drug my feet so long!

Fun fact about myself, I recently made a conscious decision to stop my career as a drug dealer after 1 year and decided to fully apply myself to real estate.
