Re-Introduction from Seattle

Hi All,

I joined quite a bit ago and have been following the forums but am ramping up to start taking action. I just graduated from college a little less than 6 months ago and am figuring out where to get started! The main thing I am looking for is a mentor/partner.

I have just purchased a personal condo and now want to start investing in the buy and hold market. The main thing I want to work on is understanding the numbers better. Does anyone have any recommendations on books, blogs, or any other resources that can help with truly understanding the financing/mathematics behinds deals?

Excited to be here and looking forward to make some awesome connections!
