This might be a little more advanced but the specifications spelled out in the book for each trade have helped me out tremendously and make sure that I don't miss any small details. 3) Finally, I would highly recommend visiting the properties in person if you can, often the pictures don't show everything that needs fixed and sometimes its a judgement call with what can be repaired/kept and what needs to be completely torn out.

If the tenant then does not timely pay those monies you can seek a judgement for what is owed to you through small claims court (if the dollar amount fits that venue).

Hi All, I finally got a judgement in court to get access to my property by the end of the month from my crazy tenant.Online in the court records the case shows up as: RESIDENTIAL FORCIBLE ENTRY AND DETAINER (POSSESSION AND MONEY JUDGMENTThe final entry shows up as: POSSESSION OF REAL ESTATEThe next hearing is set for July 12 2017.
